Good food but probably much better if not ordered from delivery services. The food is always better when you actually show up for the experience with restaurants like this one.
Can't say anything about the service because we didn't go in and I have a feeling they would've been a five star if we had. -

My brother and I went for a steak. We sat in the bar area to watch the football game and ordered a prime rib and ribeye steak dinner. The salad was cold and fresh and the Blue cheese was good. The steaks were perfect but the bake potatoes were small. Service was fast even though they seemed busy. The computer was down so we had to use the old school carbon copy for the credit card pay method. I'll be back because it had an old school feel and I felt comfortable.

This is like a hidden gem in Simi Valley. If you want an amazing steak or prime rib dinner- this is your place. It used to be a Chinese restaurant, and the inside has been transformed to look like an old fashioned steak house. I was told the restaurant was located somewhere else and was moved here after the Chinese restaurant closed. The food is so good. I've been here several times, for both lunch & dinner. Great prices on lunch specials & good prices on happy hour drinks. Overall, all prices are fair. I love blue cheese salad dressing, and it seems like theirs is made in house. Everything I've tried has been delicious and prepared exactly as I have ordered. Service has been amazing every time. Easy parking directly in front of, and next to the restaurant.

The wife and I finally made it to Sutter's Mill Restaurant and had a really great experience. We arrived for an early dinner at 430 and the restaurant had maybe 3-4 tables of people. It is a little dark inside but it was very clean and the booth was comfortable. Our waiter was a really nice guy and I wish I had asked his name. He was very friendly and super attentive, stopping by our table often to refill our drinks or to ask if we needed anything. The wife and I each ordered the house cut prime rib and baked potato and we both had the dinner salad. The prime rib was absolutely amazing! It was one of the best I have ever had and the wife agreed. Not sure how we've never been here as life long Simi residents, but after seeing the great reviews on Yelp, I knew I needed try it and was sure glad I did. The overall experience and service was exceptional and I will be back for sure!
